How to use your Rolleiflex Peak Design Anchor Adapters

These adaptors are designed to allow Peak Design Anchor attachments to be safely used with Cam-in’s metal Alligator Clips (available from rigu.co.uk and others) Our plastic adaptors prevent the Peak Anchor attachment cables being abraded by the Alligator clip’s sharp stamped edges over time.

2 x Large plastic tabbed and slotted adaptor back
2 x Small adaptor front insert

You will also need

2 x Peak Design Anchor attachments
2 x Rollei metal Alligator Clips

Assembly steps

1) Taking one metal Alligator clip, rotate it so the smooth side is you, as shown in the diagram above.

2) Thread the Anchor
loop through the parts, taking note to orient the large plastic adaptor piece as shown.

3) Settle the metal
clip into the large adaptor piece, then firmly press the small adaptor piece over the top.

4) Pull the loop fully through the holes, then loop it over the Anchor disk. Finally Pull the disk
back, taut.

Problems?

If the small rectangular plastic insert proves difficult to press into the larger back piece, try flipping the small piece front to back. A very slight chamfer is introduced by the 3D printing process, so one face is marginally smaller than the other.
