This is a genuine Asahi Pentax adapter for mounting M42 threaded lenses to Pentax K mount cameras.
This is a used item in great mechanical order. It attaches perfectly, and doesn’t stick (like some do) when removing it with a small screwdriver. There’s a technique to remove these, with plenty of examples online.
